That’s why I’ve sifted through my decade of experience with mindfulness, meditation, and productivity techniques to find the perfect actionable nuggets for you.    In this session you’re going to learn the basics of mindfulness and flow, and how to apply them in a realistic way in your technology-filled life. We’ll explore tactics to balance your social feeds with your desire to finally make it to the gym. You’ll leave armed with quick meditations you can do in the time it takes for your Instagram video to load, seriously! We’re going to expose the ugliness of perma-stress, and outline strategies to help you thaw out, allowing you to stretch out those sore hands, shoulders, and minds to keep focused on the next blog post --not the nearest bottle of aspirin.     Rise and shine with us, and walk away knowing how to better replenish your social media soul!
